Not a good experience. I placed an order of DEWALT DWE7491RS 10-Inch Jobsite Table Saw, which was on sale for $799. i was offered shipping at of $63.67. This was understandable that free shipping for order value above 149 can not be offered at this item is more than 40 lbs. But after the order confirmation, i got a mail saying that the shipping cost is over 200 and revise invoice has been sent. I was given a option to cancel the order which i did, however would not buy again as my project delayed by all this.

We have recently had the pleasure of dealing with their on line person on a couple orders and can’t say enough good things about how great he is to work with. Goes above and beyond on everything we have worked with him on. In fact everyone we have dealt with has been fantastic to work with. As a general contracting business it is nice to still have that old world customer service along with great prices and knowledgeable friendly staff. Shipping is always quick and efficient. We are so impressed with Wise Line Tools we are going to be using them regularly even though we are on the west coast. Wish that had a location in Victoria B.C. We give our highest recommendation. Huge selection of tools, machinery, and accessories. The staff were great. The prices were reasonable. If they don't have an item you can get it ordered in.

I can't believe how quickly they get stuff shipped, under 24 hours to my door the few times I have ordered from them. Their sale prices also tend to beat anything else online, don't be scared of the click to get price emailed thing, it's simple, instant, and works, and lets them sell at below MAP without actually needing to go in or call. Overall, pretty impressed!

Great place to buy all your power tools! They have good prices normally, but also have amazing sales a few times a year. Definitely worth a visit at the very least - you'll be pleasantly surprised!
